This page explains the main ways Aratac Hockey collects and uses data across the storefront, account area, checkout, contact forms, analytics, and paid advertising.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create an account, place an order, contact us, or join launch updates. This can include your name, email address, delivery details, order details, and enquiry content.
Analytics and advertising
Google tags load with optional storage denied by default and may send limited cookieless measurement even if you reject optional cookies. Analytics consent enables Google Analytics cookies, our visit statistics and Microsoft Clarity session recordings. Advertising consent separately enables Google Ads features, Meta Pixel, campaign attribution and enhanced conversions, which can send hashed contact details and location information to Google for matching. Cookieless measurement is not a guarantee of anonymous data or modelled conversions.
Checkout and payments
Stripe processes payment details for checkout. Aratac stores order and fulfilment information, but card details are handled by Stripe.
Embedded video
Team Aratac films use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. The YouTube player is loaded only after you press play, at which point Google may receive technical and viewing information under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
Use Accept all, Reject all or Customise in the banner, and reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Analytics and advertising are separate, optional choices. We remember a dated choice for 180 days, then ask again. Withdrawing stops future optional tracking on this device and requests cancellation of pending server purchase reporting for checkouts remembered by this browser. It cannot retract data already sent. You can also contact us about personal data held for enquiries, orders or accounts.
Purchase measurement
With analytics consent, checkout may save Google Analytics client and session identifiers with your order so our server can report a paid purchase, including when you do not return to the confirmation page. Purchases assigned to server reporting are not also sent to Google by the confirmation page. Advertising permissions in that report follow your separate advertising choice. Campaign and advertising click identifiers are stored in browser storage and on orders only with advertising consent. Missing attribution does not prove that an order was organic or that a visitor rejected cookies.
